A bit about Us

Family life is wonderful and tiring and so much fun and crazy all at the same time. It is both a privilege and a blessing to be a parent...and like everyone told me before we started ours, it goes so quickly. I remember knowing before it had even happened just how quickly our babies ‘tinyness’ would go. I wanted to savor it and I wanted to save it. I wanted to press the stop button. I think photos do that for us. They press stop.

For us, our little twin people took quite a while to get here. And once they arrived, I felt so grateful and I wanted to remember each stage. And then, 2 years went by. They got cuter and funnier and they changed. Every few months, they looked different again.

Because I have so wanted to hold the memories, my iphone has filled up with pictures - thousands of quick snaps that don’t show it all well enough. And they all just get stuck on my phone. Not only that, I am never in the photos and the whole family certainly isn’t! I know how important it is to capture all of us, together.

So often I think to myself that I just want to press the stop button. I want to breath in, hold it all and stop it going so quickly. I want to look and look again. I want to remember us all back then. I want to do that and I want to help others do the same. I want to invest in, celebrate and champion family. And that's how Little Blossom Tree was born.

Although we can’t actually stop time, we can press stop with our cameras and hold on to that time for you. We can help you celebrate and cherish your family in the years to come. As a family, we made a pact to get a family shoot done every once in a while – of all of us. We have stuck to it and I am so, so glad we did.
